Due to continued growth, Natural Selection Group has expanded it's offices in Burnley. The business in Burnley has more than doubled in the last 2 years and the expansion gives central services more space whilst also providing first class meeting and interviewing facilities for clients.

Having joined Club LS1, Natural Selection now benefits from the amenities offered at this prestigious facility situated in the heart of Leeds at Three Albion Place, regional home of the Institute of Directors. In 2003 Natural Selection Group became a club sponsor at Burnley Football Club. Over the last 5 years, the the two organisations have developed a strong relationship and Natural Selection Group are now proud to announce that, through group company Neville Gee, we have been appointed official recruitment partner and have joined the 'by appointment' programme.

Natural Selection has entered into a Joint Venture with the TTSL Company Ltd to develop its own in-house psychometric testing and personality profiling tool evolution. The product will further enhance our service offering when it is launched in early 2009.

Natural Selection are delighted to announce the acquisition of Neville Gee Employment Consultants in Burnley. In line with our strategic plans we have completed the acquisition which gives us new market sectors - Commercial and Industrial - as well as a presence in Lancashire. Leon Welsh, Managing Director commented, "Our strategy has always been to grow through acquisition and this marks the start of our next phase of development. As well as pushing our annual turnover through the million pound barrier, the purchase of Neville Gee gives us a spring board in to Lancashire and the ability to support our clients with high volume temp numbers."

Tim Oldfield has now made his position with Natural Selection full-time having spent the last 2 years as Commercial Director with the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television in Bradford. Tim will assume responsibility for all non-sales related areas of the business including the targetting of acquisitions for the group. Managing Director, Leon Welsh, says "The company has gone from strength to strength in the last 12 months and we've been keen to get Tim on board full-time for a while. He's played an integral part in what we've built so far and his drive and ethusiasm will be a real positive influence."
