• 15 years experience as a Senior HR Manager with multi-site and national responsibility
• Qualified and experienced Health and Safety Manager
• Qualified engineer covering the automotive and aerospace sectors
• Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Donnie has a desire to provide our clients with the most cost effective and down to earth solutions to solve their immediate problems or long-term strategic objectives


Tim Oldfield – Director

Tim is primarily responsible  for the Commercial and Financial Control within the Group.

• 30 years experience in Finance and General Management across both the Private and Public Sector
• MBA Graduate through the Open University
• Experienced Recruiter with particular knowledge of the Service Sector
• Experienced in Business Acquisitions, Business Planning and Commercial Due Diligence
